RETAIL REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
All retail items are non refundable.
Retail items that are defective can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

NOTE: Aradia Fitness is not responsible for any ceiling heights that have not been correctly measured. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct ceiling height to Aradia Fitness. Aradia Fitness is not obligated in any way to exchange/refund poles that have not been correctly measured. If you have provided Aradia Fitness with an incorrect ceiling height, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the pole and we may be able to provide you with advice on how to correct the problem.”

Defective Items includes the following:
Poles that are not cut properly, are missing parts or have defective parts.
Clothing that is snagged or ripped.
Clothing that have been worn cannot be exchanged.
The customer agrees to pay shipping costs that may be incurred with an exchange.
